Choffy not only tastes incredible, is light and refreshing, and satisfies that sweet tooth of mine, but it is also incredibly healthy. Naturally!
Raw cacao (this is the actual term, not cocoa) contains the highest concentration of antioxidants of any food in the world, more than red wine, blueberries, açai, pomegranates, and goji berries combined. Antioxidants are nutrients that offset “oxidizing” chemicals in our bodies and brains, and are important for maintaining good health and longevity.
One 8 oz. cup of Choffy has more antioxidants than a serving of blueberries! While I love blueberries, especially in buttermilk pancakes (yum!), they aren’t around all year and I can’t eat have them on a regular basis. Choffy is a great source of antioxidants, as well as a wonderful drink any time of day just to enjoy.

Just tried the Choffy prepared in a French Press: It is great! My stomach doesn’t like coffee anymore and Starbucks is suffering a marked loss of revenue from my currently limited visits! :>) So happy to find a warm, healthy, satisfying drink to replace the decaffeinated coffee that I used to drink. I’m wondering about the caffeine content. I don’t see nutritional information regarding caffeine; however, I am aware that chocolate contains caffeine.
I am wondering about the caffeine levels in choffy as I would like to be able to drink it in the evening as a substitute for coffee. I ordered 3 bags and am hesitant to drink it past 4 in the afternoon. Please advise how the natural stimulate theobromine can affect one’s ability to get a good night’s sleep as well. Thank you.
